1. Service Overview
Newblet CCTV provides browser-based real-time video monitoring rooms using WebRTC technology.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must comply with applicable privacy, portrait-rights, surveillance, and communications laws when capturing or transmitting content. Where consent is legally required, you are responsible for obtaining it from people whose image or voice is captured.
3. Prohibited Use
Illegal surveillance, unauthorized access attempts, abuse of network resources, and any activity violating law or third-party rights are prohibited.
4. Availability and Changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or terminated for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use, interruptions, or user-side device/network conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Korea unless otherwise required.
